Breathing Easy
This is a podcast on how to breathe properly during pregnancy and labour and why it's important. Don't underestimate it - I know we all breathe, but breathing deeply, rhythmically and calmly during labour increases the flow of oxygen to all the places it needs to be including - your baby. Help with breastfeeding

Help with breastfeeding: It's national breastfeeding week in the UK so it's time to reflect on why breastfeeding is so important to your baby and for your bond to each other. Sometimes it's just not as easy as you think at first, so it's vital you stay relaxed. Being relaxed will help your milk flow better. Trust your body and your baby - they are designed to work together to establish the right flow of milk. I've recorded a short mp3 on breastfeeding to encourage mums to find out how easy it is to use creative visualisation to help yourself relax and enjoy feeding. Happy feeding!

Reducing water retention

Reducing water retention: The hot weather is a bane when it comes to water retention. When we are pregnant our hormones can play havoc with the lining o our capillaries which can weaken and leak, which is when we get water retention. This is a short mp3 which encourages you to visualise the walls of those capillaries getting stronger and blocking up those leaks. It will also help you to imagine those areas that are prone to swelling to become more comfortable, visualising the even flow of fluid around your body. I can't promise that you'll be back in your 2 inch heels but you may be able to to fling those flip flops.

Helping with morning sickness: Ahhh morning sickness - what is it all about? There are many schools of thought, but basically you can turn off those smells you dislike, and be more tuned to foods and smells that make you feel good. You can imagine balancing a set of scales until they make you feel comfortable and you can feel compelled to eat the right food when you need to. Give it a go. You may be in for a surprise.

Letting go of anxieties: This is a sample of letting go - usually my mp3s for this are nearly 20 minutes as it is so so so important to let go of anxieties about birth or parenting before your baby is born.
