Reducing water retention


Reducing water retention: The hot weather is a bane when it comes to water retention. When we are pregnant our hormones can play havoc with the lining o our capillaries which can weaken and leak, which is when we get water retention. This is a short mp3 which encourages you to visualise the walls of those capillaries getting stronger and blocking up those leaks. It will also help you to imagine those areas that are prone to swelling to become more comfortable, visualising the even flow of fluid around your body. I can't promise that you'll be back in your 2 inch heels but you may be able to to fling those flip flops.

Helping with morning sickness: Ahhh morning sickness - what is it all about? There are many schools of thought, but basically you can turn off those smells you dislike, and be more tuned to foods and smells that make you feel good. You can imagine balancing a set of scales until they make you feel comfortable and you can feel compelled to eat the right food when you need to. Give it a go. You may be in for a surprise.
